WPRD services for the Community
Western Plains Regional Development's role is to not only advance the economic and cultural identity of the region but to offer a range of services to residents and visitors.
Western Plains Regional Devlopment Inc, a not for profit community organisation is located at 18 William St Condobolin and is proudly owned and managed by WPRD Inc. and provides the following services for the community:
CTC Centre
Internet Access: Board Band
The technology centre provides community computer and internet access, secretarial services in the form of typing, resume preparation and printing, scanning, laminating, photocopying and bulk printing. condoctc@qualitel.com.au regularaly holds computer-based courses at basic to advanced levels to boost both community and business skills in a wide range of areas. The CTC centre also provides Invitations, brochure, flyer design and print.

*Conference facilities are able with the use of a kitchen for tea & coffee or full catering is available. Bookings are essential.
Youth Services.
Under contract from Lachlan Shire Council, Western Plains Regional Development also runs Youth Services for the Shire. This includes staffing Youth Centres at Condobolin, Lake Cargelligo, Tullibigeal and Tottenham and working with local schools and organisations to provide a range of youth specific education and activities.
Work for the Dole program runs for three days per week to develop skills among the long term unemployed. The program co-ordinator can be contacted at the main office in WPRD (02)68953301
Wiradjuri Artists Group was formed to assist local indigenous artists develop and market their works. Art and craft are on display and available for purchase.

Through providing rental space to a number of employment services, WPRD has effectively provided a one stop shop for employers and those seeking work in the Heart of NSW. Employment & Training
Centrelink Agency is open Monday to Friday 9am-1:30pm
